Incom Z-95 AF4 series "Headhunter" |
Hoersch-Kessel R-41 "Starchaser" |
Koensayr BTL-A4 (Y-Wing) |
Hoersch-Kessel R-60 (T-Wing) |
|
Multi-purpose atmospheric-capable starfighter jointly manufactured by Incom and Sublight Products (SubPro). Countless variants have been produced, including one model designed for the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. It proved to be popular even after the war in countless planetary defense fleets. AF4 service upgrade includes deflector shields and better sensors. Role: Single-seat space superiority fighter |
The Starchaser was built by former Separatist aerospace company Hoersch-Kessel as an atmospheric-capable heavy starfighter capable of operating independently. It was meant to compete with the Z-95, but due to its certain vulnerabilities and low maneuverability, it failed to achieve similar success.
It's still a common sight in the Outer Rim, where Hoersch-Kessel products are well received. Thanks to its low-cost off-the-shelf components, R-41 Starchaser is the cheapest hyperspace-capable combat spacecraft in the market. |
Venerable Koensayr BTL-series fighter-bombers have been in use for four decades and are still receiving service upgrades. BLT-A4 is an effective marriage between speed and firepower that can take a pounding: a stripped-down assault starfighter easy to repair and maintain even in field conditions. Inflight systems can be upgraded by changing the astromech droid. Variants: BTL-S3 (two-seater), BTL-A4LP "Longprobe" (reconnaissance craft), BTL-NR2 (mid-life upgrade) |
Low-cost Outer Rim alternative to Kuat A-Wing is intended to
perform fast-response interception, pinpoint strike and intelligence missions. It comes in three variants: short-range R-60A , atmospheric-vertical-landing R-60B and long-range hyperspace-capable R-60C. However, it is marred with several flaws, namely its cheap construction, limited navicomputer capabilities and less than satisfactory maneuberability in orbital velocities. Due tu its low price and favourable service packages provided by Hoersch-Kessel salesmen, it has nonetheless became popular in the Outer Rim. |

Incom T-65 (X-Wing) |
Kuat RZ-1A Interceptor (A-Wing) |
Slayn & Korpil A/SF-01B (B-Wing) |
Hoersch-Kessel R-85 (E-Wing) |
|
T-65 was originally designed by Incom Corporation for the Imperium by Vors Voorhorian. It was conceived as the ultimate long-range space superiority fighter, surpassing all contemporary designs. Due to its high unit cost and complex design, Incom lost its bid to Sienar Fleet System and its TIE Series. Incom relocated its operations to the Corporate Sector and elected to export T-65s to wealthy planetary governments. Role: Single-seat multirole, multidomain starfighter |
Aerodynamic multidomain interceptor manufactured by Kuat Systems Engineering, which took inspiration from the Republic starfighters of the Clone Wars. These incredibly fast but pricey and high-maintenance craft were mainly exported for some planetary defense fleets and wealthy corporations. Luxury models had Fijisi wood paneling. Role: Single-seat atmospheric interceptor |
A/SF-01B tactical bomber was developed late in the Galactic Civil War to be a "blockade buster", capable to attack and destroy large capital ships. It is heavily armed but difficult to fly, gives off a significant infared signature, and requires more maintenance than any other starfighter. Pilot is seated in a gyroscopic, detachable command pod, and the whole craft revolves around it. Outside Verpine Defense Forces, B-Wings are used only by the Rebel Alliance. Armament: 3x ArMek SW-7a ion cannons, 4x Gyrhil R-9X heavy lascannons, Gyrhil 72 twin autoblaster, Krupx MG9 proton torpedo launchers, variable ordnance (laser-guided proton bombs, kinetic warheads) |
Hoersch-Kessel competitor to the Incom T-65 was intended to match or exceed the performance of the X-Wing series in every respect. It was designed to be a multirole, multidomain strike/escort fighter that performs well in all domains (atmospheric, orbital and interstellar). However, the craft suffered from several technical issues when first deployed among front-line squadrons. Armament: 2x Taim & Bak IX9 heavy lascannons, twin autoblaster, 2 proton torpedo launchers, variable ordnance pods |
|
Sienar Fleet Systems TIE SeriesSienar TIE Series (named for "Twin Ion Engine") were intended to reverse the favor of extremely complex starfighter designs that had resulted in poor production rates and high maintenance, and to achieve economies of scale and scope by unprecedented levels of standardization. Same interchangeable parts would be used in all TIE Series spacecraft. The result was a series of highly advanced, yet easily maintained and produced dedicated non-atmospheric combat spacecraft that became emblematic to the Galactic Imperium as a whole. |

TIE/ln Fighter (T/F) |
TIE/mg Fighter |
TIE/sa Bomber (T/B) |
TIE/sh Shuttle (T/S) |
|
Signature starfighter of the Galactic Imperium. TIE/ln "line edition" is instantly recognizable from the roar of its engines as well as its revolutionary design. Its twin ion engines could expel charged particles along almost any vector, providing TIE/ln with incredible maneuberability, and their lack of moving parts made them easy to maintain. |
Low-powered commercial export version of the TIE/ln space superiority starfighter, sold to the Mining Guild and some other paramilitary entities. Forward radiator panels are removed for wider wield of vision (and lower performance). Armament: 2x L-s1 lascannons
|
Developed from a prototype TIE/gt ground targeting craft, "surface assault" TIE is used for destroying large starships and pinpoint-precision bombing of orbital and suborbital targets. |
Variant of the TIE/sa bomber. Ordnance pod is converted to a reinforced 4-seat VIP passenger pod with an airlock and enough consumables for 2 days. Designed for short-range space travel to quickly ferry command-level officers between starships and other installations. Shields: Ray- and particle shielding |
|
TIE/br Boarding Shuttle |
||||
Like TIE/sh, but secondary pod is equipped with clamps and a laser hull-cutter. Later variants include a tail gunner with dual L-s1 lascannons. Passenger pod has room for a squad (12) of stormtroopers. |

TIE/in Interceptor (T/I) |
TIE/ad Advanced (T/A) "Avenger" |
TIE/de "Defender" (T/D) |
TIE/ph Phantom (T/P) |
|
TIE interceptor was born from the Sienar Fleet Systems TIE Advanced x1 program upon realization that the TIE Advanced would be too costly to mass-produce (and therefore against the TIE design philosophy). Nonetheless it incorporates several of its advances: "bent-wing" configuration of radiator panels, better avionics, autothruster and more versatile countermeasures. Role: Single-seat interceptor |
Single-seat, multirole starfighter that is intended to perform both space superiority and strike missions, to provide electronic warfare and intelligence, surveillance and recon capabilities. TIE/ad nicknamed "Avenger" was one the first production starfighters to incorporate complex new technologies with the inclusion of a powerful deflector shield projected by a supermagnet at the rear of the ship, and a miniaturized hyperdrive unit. Armament: 4x L-s9.3 lascannons, 2x general-purpose warhead launchers with variable payload |
Experimental multirole starfighter featuring more powerful engines (more heat needing more radiator panels), miniaturized hyperdrive and deflector shields. It was developed from a prototype called the TIE Advanced x7 in a joint venture between Sienar Fleet Systems and the Imperial Navy, overseen by Grand Admiral Demetrius Zaarin. During Zaarin's failed coup d'état and pretendership, the renegade admiral attempted to gain control of the TIE/de technology to give his forces a technological advantage over the Imperium. This, together with other political factors and rampant production costs, kept it from achieving widespread use and units were assigned only to the most elite pilots. Armament: 4x L-s9.3 lascannons, Borstel NK-3 ion cannon, 2x general-purpose warhead launchers with variable payload |
Another experimental project developed by Sienar Fleet Systems and Imperial Navy Special Research Division and supervised by Admiral Martio Batch. Fifth-generation TIE/ph was designed as two-seater multirole stealth starfighter. Trading firepower for stealth and electronic warfare capabilities it would supersede TIE/in:s and TIE/ad:s in all roles. In a marked deviation from the philosophy of interchangeable components, TIE/ph uses a fully pressurized elongated cockpit, reminiscent of Corellian Engeering Corporation spacecraft. Role: Two-seater multirole stealth starfighter |

Alpha-class XG1 Starwing |
Delta-class DX9 Assault Transport |
Gamma-class ATR6 Assault Transport |
Chi-class Dropship "Titan" |
|
XG1 Starwing was the first combat spacecraft made by Cygnus Spaceworks, traditional shuttle producer. Many design ideas, such as upwards folding wings, were carried over from the immensely popular Lambda class shuttle. The XG1 is relatively robust, well-armed, well-shielded starfighter, but not particularly fast and has only average maneuverability, making it unsuited for space superiority missions. However, it excels in hyperspace raids, orbital/suborbital missions and assaulting installations. Role: Multidomain multirole assault gunboat |
Telgorn Corporation Delta-class DX9 assault transport is a small but heavily armed close range craft intended solely for boarding actions. The Delta DX9 has only weapons in its forward arc, and is not very maneuverable, so it is vulnerable to starfighter attacks unless escorted by TIEs. Role: Assault transport |
More heavily armed and shielded troop transport than Delta DX9, also capable of atmospheric entry/re-entry. Unlike the Delta-class, it has no forward-bearing cannons. Instead, it has four heavily armed turrets, wich cover all arcs. Its turrets, coupled with heavier shielding and armour, allows the craft to press attacks in the face of heavy fire, relying less upon supporting starfighters to soften up well defended targets. Role: Assault transport |
Biggest of the Cygnus Spacework shuttles. 154 meter long Chi-class Titan dropship can bring an Imperial Army company safely down from orbit in one go. It can carry 4 AT-ATs, 360 troops along with their supplies, heavy weapons and ordnance, a prefab company command post and 180 metric tons of extra cargo. |

|
Experimental transport/gunship model designed to insert special forces into hostile areas and provide cover fire. Armament: 2x Taim & Bak KX7 lascannons, 2x M-45 repeating ion blasters |
Corellian Engineering Corporation dropship/gunship, designed to carry 150 tons of cargo to orbit and back. It has 8 customizable weapon hardpoints. No forward viewport: HWK-290 is operable by autopilot and sensors only, because the raptor-looking beak of the ship is mostly reinforced durasteel, capable of whitstanding immense heat and firepower. Its airframe is armoured with 900 kg of quadanium-titanium alloy, enabling it to absorb damage and continue flying in almost all situations. HWK-290 is usually equipped with a Class 3 hyperdrive. Unit cost: 135,000 credits. |
Experimental bomber created by the Nubian Design Collective, who hoped to sell the design to the Naboo. Only a small run was ever made, and the price tag has dissuaded a number of potential buyers from investing in it. Scruggh H-6 is a three-seater hyperdrive-capable tactical bomber armed with automated twin laser turrets and two racks of proton bombs or mission specific ordnance. Unit cost is about 150,000 credits, without service packs, shielding or other systems. |
Extremely fast atmospheric-capable luxury starfighter, designed by the superyacht producer Nubian Design Collective. A limited run for Royal Naboo defense forces. J-type Nubian 221 engine provides this beat a whopping 375 MGLT of thrust, while Nubian Monarc C-4 hyperdrive has rating of 1.0 and a range of 1 000 LY. Basic unit cost of Royal Naboo N-1 is about 200,000 credits used, without weapons or systems.
